Swallows had descended upon several bridges in the Santa Clara Valley area and the Transit Authority contracted Nation Wide Bird Control to install bird net to protect the bridges.

Our crews worked at night using special lifts to install the bird netting. Cables were run along the top and bottom using special concrete attachments to angle the netting and protect the underside of the bridge. Angling the net blocks the swallows preferred nesting spots.
