Every year, Lakeshore Plaza in Salt Lake City faced the same challenge: thousands of swallows returning to nest along the building’s upper overhangs. While the birds themselves are protected, the mess and damage left behind created serious maintenance headaches for property managers.
To prevent future nesting while staying compliant with wildlife regulations, Nation Wide Bird Control installed specialized bird netting along the upper corners of the overhang. Using a 60-foot boom lift, our team attached durable, nearly invisible netting to deny the swallows suitable nesting sites, a humane and effective way to protect the building and reduce costly cleanups.
